With 35 years of experience as a therapist helping individuals of all ages to overcome obstacles and deal with grief, loss, adversity, mental illness and trauma, I have developed an expertise in helping people to integrate the experiences that they encounter and reach a new level in their lives. I work with children (ages 10 and older), adolescents and adults in individual and family therapy, utilizing Talk Therapy, AEDP, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Internal Family Systems, EMDR and Brainspotting.
