I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 29 years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate life’s most difficult and painful experiences. Over the course of my career, I have developed a deep appreciation for the courage it takes to seek support and for the importance of creating a therapeutic relationship grounded in safety, trust, compassion, and respect.
My clinical work focuses on grief, trauma, relationship issues and anxiety disorders. I work with clients who may be struggling with the impact of loss, having difficulty in their relationships, experiencing difficult or traumatic experiences, persistent anxiety, or patterns that make it difficult to feel fully present and engaged in their lives. My approach is individualized and collaborative, recognizing that each person brings a unique history, set of strengths, and capacity for healing.
I believe therapy is not simply about getting through difficult times—it can also be an opportunity for meaningful growth and change. I strive to provide a supportive, compassionate environment where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered as they work toward healing and a more fulfilling life.
