Hi! I’m Noah. I work with individuals who are navigating depression, anxiety, and the lasting impact of difficult or overwhelming life experiences. You might be feeling stuck in patterns that are hard to break, disconnected from yourself, or unsure how to move forward. I’m especially passionate about supporting people who want to better understand themselves and build a more compassionate relationship with who they are.
My approach is trauma-informed and centered on helping you feel safe, understood, and respected. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that may be holding you back, clarify your goals, and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you. I believe that everyone has inherent value, regardless of their past, and I aim to create a space where you can explore your experiences without judgment. Working with me, you can expect a collaborative and supportive environment where you are encouraged to be yourself. I strive to make therapy accessible and welcoming for people from all backgrounds.
If you’re ready to make a positive change, I’d be honored to support you. I offer in-person sessions in Westminster, CO, and online therapy throughout Colorado.
