If you’ve found yourself thinking, “I know what I should do, so why can’t I just do it?” or wondering why the same patterns keep showing up in your relationships, work, or relationship with yourself, you’re not alone. Often, the things we struggle with make a lot more sense when we understand where they came from.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and genuinely curious. I want to understand your story—not just what you’re struggling with right now, but the experiences and relationships that have shaped how you see yourself.. Together, we’ll work to understand the parts of you that may feel anxious, overwhelmed, shut down, self-critical, or stuck, rather than judging or trying to get rid of them.
I draw from EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, and somatic approaches, tailoring therapy to you rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach. I’m especially passionate about helping people navigate anxiety, relationship and attachment patterns, life transitions, burnout, and feeling not quite like themselves.
My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you can finally exhale. A place where you don’t have to have everything figured out, and where you can learn to understand yourself with more compassion, trust yourself more deeply, and create a life that feels more like your own.
