I am a relational and person-centered therapist that specializes in working with life transitions, anxiety, depression, attachment wounds, relationship difficulties, and trauma. I work to create a collaborative space in session, where we can explore the roots of the challenges you are experiencing together. I am here to assist as a guide in reconnecting with your authentic self, your values, and your intuition. I pull from various modalities including EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Attachment Based Therapy. I place a lot of value in the healing power of the client-therapist relationship, community, and connection.
I have experience in various therapeutic settings including inpatient care and private practice, and I have a masters degree in clinical mental health counseling from the University of Nebraska Omaha.
