I’m Crystal Gowdy, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) in Colorado and the founder of Bloomgarden Mental Health. I provide a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where adults can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, substance use concerns, stress, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and person-centered, recognizing that each individual brings unique experiences, strengths, and goals to therapy. I incorporate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, tailoring treatment to each person's needs.
I believe therapy is not about having all the answers but about creating space to better understand yourself, develop healthier coping strategies, and move toward lasting growth. Whether you're navigating a difficult season, working through past experiences, or simply seeking greater balance in your life, my goal is to help you feel supported throughout the process.
I offer therapy in both English and Spanish through secure telehealth appointments and in-person sessions in Westminster, Colorado.
