Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and my approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on helping you understand patterns in your life that may be keeping you stuck or leading you to repeat unhealthy behaviors.
In therapy, we will work together to understand these patterns and identify ways to create meaningful change. This includes building skills to help you navigate challenges in the present while also exploring the past experiences and beliefs that have shaped how you feel and respond today. I believe lasting change involves more than recognizing patterns. It also means working through and healing the experiences where those patterns began. While this work can be challenging, it can also be deeply rewarding and help life feel a little easier.
I specialize in working with teens and adults experiencing depression, trauma, and challenging life circumstances. My goal is to help you find relief, develop healthier ways of coping, and move toward a life that feels more manageable and fulfilling. I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have experience working with a variety of clinical presentations. My primary therapeutic approaches include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
