I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Colorado. I work with adolescents, adults, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions, with a particular focus on helping individuals heal from traumatic experiences and their lasting emotional and psychological effects.
My therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in neuroscience and an understanding of how trauma and life experiences shape our thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships. I integrate trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family systems, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed therapy, mindfulness, and somatic techniques to meet each client's unique needs.
I believe lasting healing goes beyond managing symptoms. It involves understanding how past experiences influence our present lives, addressing underlying patterns, and reconnecting with our strengths. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can process difficult experiences, develop healthier coping strategies, and build meaningful, lasting change.
