As a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate, I am care deeply about working with people in transitional life stages. It can feel uncomfortable and even frightening to lose the grip on who you believe yourself to be. Whether you or your child are experiencing the growing pains of adolescence, the expansion of pregnancy or adoption and parenthood, or the alchemy of menopause and aging, I meet my clients where they are at any life stage. Symptoms such as anxiety, rumination, dread, loss of sleep, depression, feeling flat, changing appetite, obsessive compulsive behaviors and more are common as we face shifts in identity, changing relationships, and grief and loss. I have a background working with folks who have experienced postpartum mood disorders, relational and sexual trauma, anxiety and grief in aging, loss of loved ones, career transitions, and beyond. My aim as a counselor is to support clients who feel disoriented and provide an environment that gives you the chance to explore the person you want to become and work toward finding an enduring home within yourself.
