Rachael, LPCC is a somatic therapist in Colorado who works with teens (16 y/o+) and adults in Colorado who are navigating trauma, anxiety, chronic stress and burnout, chronic health issues, emotional overwhelm, and relational challenges. I practice through a somatic, nervous-system-informed, trauma-focused lens, exploring how past experiences, relationships, stress, and learned survival patterns shape the way we think, feel, relate, and experience our bodies while helping clients build greater awareness, regulation, capacity, and self-trust.
I believe that meaningful healing begins with creating enough safety to slow down and genuinely listen to what is happening within. More than traditional talk therapy, I help clients understand what their nervous system may be communicating and develop new ways of responding. I approach therapy as a collaborative process rooted in curiosity, compassion, and honest connection. With experience across varied ages and presentations, my clinical work includes early development and learning support for preschool age children and nonprofit work for under and uninsured teens and adults seeking therapy in Colorado.
Outside of therapy, I spend my time trail running, climbing 14ers, and off-gridding with her husband and our two kitties throughout the Colorado mountains. I aim to bring that same appreciation for embodiment, nature, and genuine human connection into my work with clients.
