If you are feeling overwhelmed, trapped in old patterns, or would like help navigating the challenges life can bring, I am here to support you. My name is Alma, and I work with people of all ages to cultivate a sense of peace in themselves and their relationships.

Together we will explore how your experiences have shaped you, gain awareness around how you respond to stress, and get curious about what is getting in the way of you feeling better. We will find comfortable and practical ways for you to feel more grounded and connected.

I offer play therapy for children and adolescents, parent coaching, and individual therapy for teens and adults. I welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds and seek to understand each person’s unique path in the world. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and have experience working with neurotypical, neurodivergent, and twice exceptional children and adults with a variety of presenting concerns such as anxiety, life transitions, grief, loss, trauma, depression and more. I use techniques from Internal Family Systems, cognitive behavioral therapy, and polyvagal theory to inform my practice, yet my approach is flexible. I use a variety of
therapeutic interventions based on who you are and what you need. Please reach out if you would like to discuss options and learn more.
