Real Support, Shaped Around You.
For Individuals:
We start where you are. You set the direction. I bring warmth, honesty, curiosity, and a willingness to say the thing that may need saying. Most therapy starts with a treatment plan. I start with you.
For Couples:
Couples come to me for all kinds of reasons: distance, conflict, broken trust, a big life change, drinking, or something neither of you can name yet. I stay curious about both of you. We look at what's happening between you and what each of you brings to it. You can feel angry, hurt, closed off, or like you need space, and still choose how you act toward each other. I'll help you tell the difference between what you're feeling and what you do with it. Being honest about the first gives you more choice about the second: kindness, a straight answer, reassurance, or a clear boundary.
