Real support, shaped around you.
For Individuals:
We start where you are. You set the direction. I bring warmth, honesty, curiosity, and a willingness to say the thing that may need saying. Most therapy starts with a treatment plan. I start with you. You've probably already tried to work this out on your own, by reading about it, talking it through, or just trying harder. Most people I see have. The pattern holds anyway, or the same conversation keeps happening, or something you can't quite name keeps getting in the way.
For Couples:
Couples come to me for all kinds of reasons: distance, conflict, broken trust, a big life change, drinking, or something neither of you can name yet. I stay curious about both of you. We look at what's happening between you and what each of you brings to it.
