Hello, my name is Jason Richards and I am a mental health therapist. I have provided therapy to adults since 2013. I work with people who experience a variety of life stress including trauma, depression, and anxiety. My goal in therapy is to help people manage these stressors so they can reach their goals through collaboration, respect, and care. Through our work, I hope that you will find peace, satisfaction, and an even more fulfilling life.
I use collaboration, respect, humor, and unconditional positive regard along with interventions from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy to help people reach their personal goals. I believe in personal growth over time and that interventions with strong research can help facilitate improvement.
