I've made it my mission to be a catalyst for positive change in the lives of my clients. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado, and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor (LPCC-S) in Ohio, with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Through extensive experience working with trauma, substance use, anxiety, life transitions, and the LGBTQIA communities, I've witnessed the power of connection and shared growth.
My toolkit encompasses EMDR, ACT, and solution-focused therapy. I believe in treating the whole person, not just their challenges. Creating a space of trust and safety is paramount, especially when navigating the depths of our human experience. My approach is compassionate, yet direct.
