Eva is a trauma-informed, EMDR-certified therapist with over 10 years of experience helping individuals heal from past experiences, reconnect with themselves, and rediscover their inherent wholeness. With six years of experience in private practice, she integrates EMDR, somatic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy and mindfulness-based practices to support meaningful healing and growth.
Eva believes therapy is a journey of coming home to yourself—gently exploring the layers of trauma, limiting beliefs, and life experiences that may have disconnected you from who you truly are. Her somatic approach honors the connection between mind and body, helping clients develop awareness of their nervous systems, listen to their bodies, and reconnect with themselves beyond the patterns shaped by past experiences.
Through empathy, safety, and connection, Eva creates space for clients to feel their emotions, process what they have carried, and rediscover their inner strength, authenticity, and sense of wholeness. She believes healing is not about becoming someone new, but about returning to yourself and reconnecting with the person you have always been beneath the pain, fear, and expectations.
Eva holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and Psychology from Central Connecticut State University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Denver, specializing in Children and Youth Risk and Development.
